All text, graphics, logos, workshops and images in our catalog and on this website are the property of M.I. Suárez/Among the Coconuts  and or the manufacturers we represent and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.  Reproduction of this catalog, or use of this website or its content and images in any way without the express written permission from Among the Coconuts is strictly prohibited. Current authorized retailers doing business with Among the Coconuts may re-use the images and descriptions as appropriate in order to effectively represent the products offered.

We accept all major credit cards and locally in Puerto Rico we accept ATH Móvil. All new accounts shall be prepaid with a credit card.  A valid reseller certificate or equivalent is required for wholesale pricing to apply.

Among the Coconuts supports shipments to all locations worldwide as supported by UPS, FedEx and the USPS. All prices are F.O.B. Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico unless otherwise noted. USPS is the default shipping method of all shipments unless customer requests otherwise.

Please note that any request for Third Party Billing, Freight Collect, or shipping via an unsupported carrier shall be charged a $15 per shipment fee. Freight charges are based on weight, dimensional weight (size of shipping box) and destination as determined by the carrier’s current published rates. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $4.50 for all shipments.  Rates are subject to change at any time and without notice as determined by UPS.  Insurance is required on all shipments over $50 in value.

Customer is responsible for adding any additional services they deem necessary to ensure their shipments reach their final destination. Losses resulting from Customer’s failure to designate services (e.g. insurance or Signature Services) are the responsibility of the Customer. This includes packages that show delivered as their status, yet the intended recipient claims non-receipt.

Customers are responsible for all Duties, Customs and Taxes for shipments outside the United States. Any address correction fees resulting from erroneous or incomplete information provided on the order shall be passed through to the customer that initiated the order.

All in stock items shall be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt; same day for orders received prior to 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time.  Backordered items shall be shipped upon availability of the item unless cancelled by customer prior to shipment.  Please note Among the Coconuts reserves the right to cancel backordered items not shipped within 30 days due to potential price volatility beyond the 30 day period.

Any damaged or short shipments must be reported within 48 hours of their receipt.  For damaged shipments, the original box and packing materials MUST be held until the shipping carrier who delivered the item deems them unnecessary for claim purposes.  If not reported within 48 hours, we are unable to initiate a claim and the package is deemed as received in acceptable condition.  For all shipments refused by the recipient, all freight charges and fees, both to the customer and the return shipping from the customer, shall be paid by the customer that initiated the order.

Some items listed in this catalog may be special order items.  You will be notified upon order receipt as to whether the item is a special order.  A 50% prepaid deposit is required with the order; the balance is due prior to item shipment.  Special order items are not returnable under any circumstance.  Delivery is subject to timelines set by the manufacturer and is not guaranteed.  Special orders may not be cancelled after the manufacturer has shipped the order. If the item has not yet shipped, cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative charge.

Any defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by each manufacturer and their respective limited warranty.  The manufacturer’s warranty is in full effect once the product leaves the warehouse and is accepted by the customer.

Unauthorized returns will be refused without question.  Among the Coconuts must be contacted within 10 days of original order receipt to initiate a return and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  Returns must be received in the original brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.  Any returns received requiring replacement of any packaging shall be charged a re-boxing fee of up to $15. Shipping must be prepaid by the customer, and the return is subject to a discretionary 20% restocking fee.  RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

Our goal is to provide complete and accurate information in our catalog.  This catalog may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions-including after an order has been submitted-and to change or update information, including prices, at any time without prior notice.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Among the Coconuts makes no representation or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the representations made by the manufacturers of the products advertised in the Healthwise catalog.  The owners, officers, directors, employees and agents of Among the Coconuts shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive, arising out of any misrepresentation of any product by a manufacturer in the Among the Coconuts  catalog.  All information and content relating to the products advertised in this catalog has been provided to Among the Coconuts by the manufacturer of the products listed in the Catalog. Any statements or claims made by retailers or manufacturers representing the products shown on this website or in our catalog have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to prevent, diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

Customer is subject to the terms found in our current catalog as well as any additional terms as updated on this page. By Customer submission of orders, and in turn Among the Coconuts’s fulfillment as requested, Customer is hereby bound to these terms.

Please note the policies reflected here are those governed and controlled by each respective manufacturer. These policies are subject to change as determined by the manufacturer. While Orgánica 3 actively supports these policies, it is up to each individual retailer to be aware of and compliant with the most current policy in affect at any given time.

  • Among the Cococnuts is concerned about the privacy of young children and does not knowingly collect any personal information from a child under 13. We suggest that you become involved with your child’s access to the Internet and to our site to ensure that his or her privacy is well protected. Orgánica 3 does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 13, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

We use customer information to provide accurate services and to advise our valued customers of promotions that may be of interest to them. We receive and store any information you enter on our Site or give us in any other way. However, we do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to us. Our Site uses an order form for you to request information, products, and services. Contact information (like your e-mail address) from the order form is collected and used to send you information about our company or otherwise get in touch with you. Of course, you can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. Pedidos atrasados

Tenga en cuenta que Among the Coconuts se reserva el derecho de cancelar los artículos pendientes que no se envíen dentro de los 30 días debido a la posible volatilidad del precio más allá del período de 30 días.

Envíos dañados, faltantes o rechazados

Cualquier envío dañado o corto debe informarse dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a su recepción. En el caso de envíos dañados, la caja original y los materiales de embalaje DEBEN conservarse hasta que el transportista que entregó el artículo los considere innecesarios para fines de reclamación. Si no se informa dentro de las 48 horas, no podemos iniciar una reclamación y el paquete se considera recibido en condiciones aceptables. Para todos los envíos rechazados por el destinatario, todos los gastos de envío y tarifas, tanto para el cliente como para el envío de devolución del cliente, serán pagados por el cliente que inició el pedido.

Orden especial

Algunos artículos enumerados en este catálogo pueden ser artículos de pedido especial. Al recibir el pedido, se le notificará si el artículo es un pedido especial. Se requiere un depósito prepago del 50% con el pedido; el saldo debe pagarse antes del envío del artículo. Los artículos de pedidos especiales no se pueden devolver bajo ninguna circunstancia. La entrega está sujeta a los plazos establecidos por el fabricante y no está garantizada. Los pedidos especiales no pueden cancelarse después de que el fabricante haya enviado el pedido. Si el artículo aún no se ha enviado, las cancelaciones están sujetas a un cargo administrativo del 10%.

Mercancía defectuosa

Cualquier mercancía defectuosa está sujeta a los términos y condiciones establecidos por cada fabricante y su respectiva garantía limitada. La garantía del fabricante tiene plena vigencia una vez que el producto sale del almacén y es aceptado por el cliente.


Las devoluciones no autorizadas serán rechazadas sin dudarlo. Debe comunicarse con Healthwise dentro de los 10 días posteriores a la recepción del pedido original para iniciar una devolución y solicitar un número de Autorización de devolución de materiales (RMA). Las devoluciones deben recibirse en el estado original, nuevo, sin usar, fresco de fábrica con todos los empaques y componentes incluidos con el número RMA claramente marcado en el exterior de la caja. Cualquier devolución recibida que requiera el reemplazo de cualquier paquete deberá pagar una tarifa de reenvasado de hasta $ 15. El envío debe ser pagado por adelantado por el cliente y la devolución está sujeta a una tarifa de reposición discrecional del 20%. Los números de RMA son válidos por 30 días a partir de la fecha de emisión.
