What if I have questions after I have studied your program and manuals?
Please just email at [email protected] if you have any quesitons and I will be happy to respond.
Keep in mind that I also have a mentoring program that is designed to give you personalized support. I love to talk to people and be able to support you on a one on one bases. In many cases it only takes a couple of phone calls to steer someone in the right direction.
How will we connect?
First we will schedule an appointment and set up either a voice call or a video call. I am also available via Email and text messenging to answer questions and offer support.We can connect on WhatsApp or Facetime.
Do the modules include the ingredients on the shopping list?
No. Before each schedule session I will give you a shopping list and a list of my favorite suppliers. You will also receive instructions for prepping ingredients such as soaking seeds so that you can have everything on hand before our online session.
Can I make up a session?
My Programs are self paced.
Yes, if an act of God disrupts our scheduled session.
Yes, if I am given a 10 day notice. It is easy to prepare natural foods but, there is a lot of prepping to do as you will soon find out.

Do you offer a program that leads to a certification?
No but, I will do my best to empower you. People learn by coming into contact with seasoned teachers and by practicing. My programs will initiate you in natural foods but, you will have to practice. True confidence comes with time, a mission and a pure heart.
Many people that have accumulated costly certifications have enrolled in my programs because the certification did not teach them how to prepare food nor did it leave them with a feeling of empowerment.
My programs are personalize so that we can have one on one time. I have been teaching for over three decades and I know for certain that no matter how wonderful the online program is you need that human touch in order to feel empowered and supported at another level.
